DCCD01 – Training Program for Cut Designing and Analysis Program Overview : In last few years, the cutters margin has eroded substantially. The commodity brings only commodity price. When 85% of the polished diamonds produced in the world are Round Brilliant or Princess, where can the exclusivity come from? Ever wondered what makes the diamond exclusive? How will you differentiate your diamond from the commodity available next door? The only successful cut design, fetching price premiums in past 15 years, is H&A pattern. The key to success is differentiation, though may be through a structured lighting / special viewing tool. We believe that the industry should explore the road less traveled. The industry needs to sharpen their skill with more creativity to bring in more profit. What you Learn : To assist cutters and designers in designing their own unique cuts, Lexus-Uni has developed a special training program, so that they can understand the process of designing and performance optimizing. Also the necessary skill of understanding the light performance will be imparted. Using this course diamond designer/marker can also able to optimize their cut with asymmetrical shape. So he/she can increase yield of stone with checking of light performance. |
