CRT002 – Skill Up-gradation Program for Polish Diamond Grading

Program Overview :

The word ‘Grading’ is usually applied to classifying polished diamonds, wherein finished goods are separated into a number of lots depending upon the size, shape, quality of cut, colour & clarity of the later to make them ready for exports or sale in the market. Person willing to enter into diamond business must have a thorough knowledge of grading. The trained personnel have good job prospects with diamond exporters and jewelers. Those having experience in polishing process will be more suitable for this Programs.

What you Learn :

Basic of Polishing, Polishing direction, polishing grain, polishing tips & techniques.
Sieving, Grading of Polished Diamonds and Instruments used, Color Grading, Clarity Grading, Grading for cut according to local market demand and as per GIA standards Only Star & Malee size polished diamond are covered under this Program.

Valuation of Polished Diamonds as per local market.
